This course will cover all of the core techniques of Tui Na, a traditional Chinese system of massage that focuses on the treatment of pain and dysfunction. You will learn the basic body mechanics, hand techniques, and even a warm-up protocol called the Tai Yang Breakdown. We will spend the majority of this class in hands-on practice as we cover how to apply the techniques of Tui Na to the entire body. You will leave this class with all the necessary knowledge and skills to incorporate Tui Na into your practice immediately. |
