The Sports Massage course teaches how to apply pre-event massage, post event massage and how to treat the most common athletic musculoskeletal injuries.
The focus of the course is on treatment demonstrations, combined with practical exchanges under the teacher’s supervision.
The participants will learn a variety of new techniques, and combine them with remedial exercises for the treatment of soft tissue dysfunctions caused by sport activities.
Alois Nikodym is a Registered Massage Therapist and an experienced educator, who owns and operates the Zen Den Massage Therapy Clinic. He also teaches at Kikkawa College Massage therapy school in Toronto, Canada.
Alois has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years, and teaching courses for 12 years. Alois specializes in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Thai Massage.
