Janine has been practicing massage since 1988. In addition to her role as school Director, Janine maintains a private practice and is the director of Spa Central, a spa and wellness center located adjacent to the school. She offers the students her many years of experience. Continuing Education workshops taken include: Craniosacral Therapy, Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Vedic Thai Massage, to name but a few.

Drew’s interest in natural healing began in his teens which he credits to his mother’s extensive knowledge in homeopathy and alternative healing. After receiving his bachelor's degree in philosophy, and graduate studies, he has since chosen the path of a Natural Healer and believes in a holistic approach to health through massage, meditation, and nutrition. Being an HMTI instructor has given him the opportunity to help people first hand and to share that knowledge with others. In the field of massage, he specializes in the modalities of deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, and acupressure work with the goal to provide a customized massage experience and teaching experience for his students.

Upon graduation Christy began her own home practice as well as working in group homes providing positive touch for the developmentally disabled. She also has an office at her local Senior center where she sees geriatric clients and teaches classes on soap making and herbal concoctions. She does mobile massage and art festivals and donates her time & skills to her sons camp as well.
In 2020 she joined the staff at Holistic Massage Training Institute teaching virtually. Her favorite subject to teach is Ethics, special needs, & geriatric. She enjoys being able to share her enthusiasm for learning and great work ethic with her students.

Nicole has enjoyed extensive experience in 5-Star Spas since graduating from Holistic Massage Training Institute seven years ago. She is the Manager of the Spa at the Ivy Hotel, maintains a private practice and has returned to Holistic Massage Training Institute to share her passion with the next generation of bodyworkers.
Nicole is passionate about all types of bodywork and especially enjoys combining deep tissue with energy work. A mother of three she is devoted to her family and to her healing profession. Nicole enjoys integrating music with massage.

Jennifer has a deep reverence to human connection and the power of touch. With an extensive background working and volunteering in nursing homes, she is highly attune to the sensitive nature of transition, pain and dis-ease. It was through her work with our elderly and their caregivers that she was inspired to learn more about human anatomy, kinesiology and pathology, and the curative effects of human contact and reciprocity.
Jennifer completed her massage training at Baltimore School of Massage in 2014, is nationally certified and registered to practice massage through the state of Maryland. She brings clinical knowledge and experience, as well as intuition and awareness to each session. Jennifer views mind, body and energy as parts of a whole being; she develops comprehensive assessments and goals to foster connection and balance. Jennifer’s technical and energetic approaches to her work are focused and intentional. Her integrative practice is continually being cultivated by working closely with skilled and experienced therapists, traveling the world to learn new modalities and techniques and staying up to date on pertinent issues related to her field and individual clients.
