The Deep Tissue Massage course is a practical hands-on course combining demonstrations by the instructor and practical exchanges among the participants. It focuses on the application of deep pressure techniques in a methodic progression that will maximize the therapist’s body weight, posture, and movement in a safe and effective manner. The objectives are to increase the therapist’s longevity and make the application of deep techniques safer for the client.

Alois Nikodym
Alois Nikodym is a Registered Massage Therapist and an experienced educator, who owns and operates the Zen Den Massage Therapy Clinic. He also teaches at Kikkawa College Massage therapy school in Toronto, Canada.
Alois has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years, and teaching courses for 12 years. He traveled to Thailand on several occasions, and studied Thai Massage in Chang Mai and Bangkok. In addition to Thai massage, he also specializes in Deep Tissue therapy and working with athletes.
