The total amount of Emergency Financial Aid Grants given to the institution under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act (in October 2020 to the present time) was $18,299.

Emergency Financial Aid Grant to Students as Received under the CARES Act
The total amount of Emergency Financial Aid Grants distributed to STUDENTS UNDER Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act (from October 2020 to the present time) is
$71, 540.
HEERF I:
Twenty-nine students attending Holistic Massage Training Institute were eligible to participate in the Federal student financial aid programs UNDER SECTION 484 OF the Higher Education ACT OF 1965, as AMENDED, AND thus were eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.
On October 20, 2020, Holistic Massage Training Institute received $18,300 from the Department pursuant to the institution’s Certification and Agreement for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.
The total number of students who have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act was fifteen.
We divided the $18,300. funds for Emergency Financial Aid Grants equally amongst the 15 students:
1) who were enrolled at Holistic Massage Training Institute and attending classes as of March 30, 2020
2) who were still enrolled in the school as of October 21, 2020,
3) who were actively participating in classes as of October 21, 2020.
It was expected that the money received by the students for THE EMERGENCY Financial Aid GRANT IN the way of check would be used to pay tuition or as needed.
Holistic Massage Training Institute signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that the institution has used, or intends to use, no less than 50 percent of the funds received in March 2020 under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.
HEERF III (American Rescue Plan):
Twenty-three students attending Holistic Massage Training Institute were eligible to participate in the Federal student financial aid programs UNDER SECTION 484 OF the Higher Education ACT OF 1965, as AMENDED, AND thus were eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act.
June 7-14, 2021, Holistic Massage Training Institute received $53,240 from the Department pursuant to the institution’s Certification and Agreement for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.
The total number of students who have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act was Twenty-three.
Holistic Massage Training Institute signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that the institution has used, or intends to use, no less than 100 percent of the funds received June 7-14, 2021, under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.
Monies were distributed to students in the form of check to cover cost of attendance including tuition, food, housing, health care, and child care.
