In this class, we’ll explore the professional boundaries needed to maintain a thriving healing practice and learn new tools for self-care on-the-go.
Trauma-informed theory shines light on the impact our histories have on how we hold boundaries with others and helps us find compassion for difficult client behaviors.
Embodiment meditation assists our self-reflection as we gain clarity around where our boundaries need balancing. We will examine the places where we embody our privilege in order to be more culturally competent practitioners.
The chakra system provides a framework through which we can examine our relationship with self-care, power differentials, emotional boundaries and more.
This class is a great fit for any therapist who is looking to practice with greater clarity and compassion. If you’re feeling drained or depleted from your work or are feeling on the edge of burnout this class will be especially helpful.
